The District Governor-Nominee maintains oversight of all District Youth activities. While each of the District Youth Committees are responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of their various programmes, the District Youth Chair is to be kept Informed of the progress of all significant activities being planned and undertaken, and is to be consulted on any policy Issues Impacting those programmes.
